2024 AWARDS
Affiliate of the Year
Honoring an Affiliate or Allied member who has participated in activities that assist HPRAR and its members in furthering its goals and who actively contributes to the real estate community. Must have at least 1 one (1) year active affiliation with HPRAR.
Bright Beginnings
REALTOR member who is new to the industry within the last two (2) years. One who has embraced their Association membership through participation and has produced business that places him/her in row top 20% of the market in closed volume and/or number or transactions or similar production levels in the commercial and/or property management specialties. Criteria: * Has served on at least one committee * Attended 60% of membership meetings * Includes Residential, Commercial & Property Management.
Broker/Owner/Manager of the Year
Recognizes the REALTOR Broker/Owner/Manager who leads by example in support and service to the Association, the real estate industry and community.
Community Service
Honoring a REALTOR member, an Affiliate or Allied Member who has distinguished themselves by contributing to the betterment of their communities through Community Service projects and other public services.
Political Affairs
Recognizes a REALTOR member who has provided outstanding involvement in local, state, and national REALTOR legislative and political affairs activities and service. One who has lead by example in supporting RPAC and communicates how important it is to our industry.
Life Member
Honors those members who over the lifetime of their career have served the Association in a way that awards them this privilege and title. Criteria: * Minimum of 25 years service to HPRAR * Actively served on committees over a 10 year period (does not have to be consecutive) * Consistently been an HPRAR member in good standing.
Acknowledges an individual within our industry who has consistently contributed outstanding service to the real estate profession in the areas of governmental or environmental development in our community or at the state and national level over the lifetime of their career (30 years or more.)
This coveted award is given to honor a REALTOR who exemplifies the high principles of real estate practice among brokers agents, and the general public, one who has provided unparalleled service to the High Point Regional Association of REALTORS, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS and their profession.
Nominations must be received no later than November 1, 2024. Awards will be presented at the Annual Christmas Luncheon, December 11, 2024 at the High Point Country Club! Registration is open and sponsorships are available! Visit or website at www.hprar.org to register!
